4. Fundraiser’s Report - Patti
Texas Roadhouse fundraiser - $138
Raffle tickets March concert - $67
Sucker sale – ongoing
4/4/09 Jazz – will sell raffle tickets
Email will go out to all West advertizing for raffle.
5. Old Business
A. College Music Scholarship – Tony.
Unanimous decision to set this years award for $300.
Tony will distribute on scholarship day.
B. Lock In has been cancelled this year.
C. Jazz Concert 4/4 – posters are printed and advertising notes are being sent
6. New Business
A. Award Night – May 4th
Ellen will chair.
Hamburgers/hot dogs plus potluck.
Supper at 6:00, Trip info at 7:00, Awards at 7:30
B. Florida 2010 trip committee.
Committee will be Jon, Nic, 1 student from each grade, and as many parents as possible.
First meeting is planned for Thur 3/19.
Decisions for #1 Fundraising and #2 Trip itinerary will be made from this group.
We must have at least 10 dedicated parents by Sept 11 if this trip is a go.
Notes will be sent to 8th graders. Email will be sent to the Wausau band email list.

C. Madison Trip status – it’s a go
D. TV commercial – tomorrow at 7:30
E. Marching band
No marching band for 2009-2010
Band camp will still take place. The band will work on pep band and technique in place of marching.
F. S/E recital in April for state bound events
